This High Speed Slitting Line  consists of the hydraulic decoiler, flatting and cutting, pinch feeder, aligning guider, slittting system, slitted scrap recoiler, looping pit, strip recoiler, control board and the PLC system 

1.Matching material: Low carbon steel ( HDGI, CR,HR), electric steel( silicon steel), stainless steel etc.

2.Material thickness range: 0.3-12mm for carbon steel, 0.1- 5mm for silicon steel, 0.1-3mm for stainless steel

3. Material width range: 500-1600mm maximum

4. Coil inner diameter: 560mm - 610mm

5. The slitting width tolerance:  ±0.05mm in the thickness range between 0.5-1.0mm

                                                ±0.1mm in the thickness range between 1.0-2.0mm

                                                ±0.15mm in the thickness range between 2.0-3.0mm

6.The slitting straight tol: 0.2mm/m

7.Main motor power: 220kw

8. Controlling system: PLC

9. Total weight: about 60 Tons
